Most HND courses require one A Level or an equivalent qualification, or significant professional experience.
A HNC is only 1 year and HND is 2 years course and you will be issued with a qualification of diploma after completing these courses. You can decide to study for 1 year and gain an HNC, or 2 years for an HND.
Employers understand that HNC/HND is focused on practical approach, ‘learning by doing’ and that is an excellent way to develop specific practical or technical skills that are highly sought after in employees.
